- Money back guarantee This applies ONLY to sheet music purchased via our music catalog. If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days, use the email address provided during the order process (or use the contact form if you've lost that one) and tell us why you don't like the music and that you want a refund. Once we hear from you we will process your refund as soon as we can. That's all there is to it.
For used music that you are not happy with, please contact us for details on returning the music. Our actual shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
 
- Audio samples and graphics on this website are for evaluation purposes and should not be copied or shared with others. Please do not link directly to audio samples or graphics/pictures.
 
- The links provided to the files to download are for your exclusive use and should not be shared with others.
 
- Your music order from our music catalog is for your use ONLY and you should not give, sell or loan your purchase to anyone, not even for free and not even for evaluation purposes. If someone else is interested in our music, them about the website so they can purchase their own copy and keep us from living in poverty.
 
- All music in our music catalog is made available via download immediately upon completing the order form and paying for your order. (Printed copies are not sent).
 
- Prices for used music includes shipping/processing costs for US mailing addresses. Foreign customers will have additional costs for shipping.
 
- In a few rare cases, some items are not available for immediate download. Those titles are usually made available within 24-36 hours. In those cases, you will receive a followup email with download instructions.
 
- Details about custom orders will be provided by email. There are no refunds on custom orders.
 
- A valid email address is required for all orders.
 
- Street addresses and phone numbers are required for payment purposes.
 
- The download page links have a limited lifetime, usually less than 3 days. All downloads are monitored to insure proper use.
 
- By placing an order you agree to pay for it and to pay for it promptly. Payment is available by credit card or PayPal transfer. (You do not have to join PayPal in order to purchase music via credit-card). Please use the contact form to request details should you need to be invoiced (eg. schools or churches) or wish to pay by check or money order.
 
- Please examine the samples of the music you are interested in prior to placing an order. (If samples are not available, use the contact form to ask us to send you a sample). We ask you to do this to make sure that you really want the piece of music in question.
 
- All music contains certain security features to help discourage the improper use of this music.

- While we have made every effort to make sure the web site runs correctly and that prices listed are accurate, we are not responsible for technical problems or typographical errors. In the event you are unable to place an order or download music, we are sorry. Please let us know of your problems so we can try and correct the problem. The site has been well tested and appears to work correctly for a variety of browsers, computer types and operating systems. Even if you have problems downloading or paying for your order, we do not send music via email nor do we send printed copies of sheet music listed in the music catalog.
