- For USED MUSIC click on the add to cart buttons.
- For sheet music from the catalog, add items to your cart by clicking on the links
in the music catalog. Once you have selected the
items you wish to order, click on the shopping cart link to go to the
order form. NOTE: Items added to your shopping cart expire
when you close your browser.
- Once you have paid for your order, you can immediately download your order. Be sure to
carefully follow the instructions on returning to the website to download your music after payment is
made.
- Please note that sometimes
titles are temporarily unavailable for download. In those rare cases, you will be sent
instructions via email when the title is available for download. The typical wait time on
such titles is usually less than 24 hours.
- You will need to have a copy of
Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or greater) or some similar program (eg.
Ghostview)
installed on your system in order to view and print any of
the PDF formatted music you download. You must own a MusicPad in order to
view or use any of the MusicPad formatted titles you download.
- The download page has a limited lifetime. You need to
download your music within a few days. Downloads are monitored so
please do not share your download page address with anyone. We will
know if you have.
- Contact information is provided during the ordering process and includes an email address and
a US mail address.
- For those titles requiring multiple copies for performance or rehearsal,
a letter of permission granting you permission to make
copies from the material you receive from us is available here. You
do not need to purchase multiple copies.
- For any problems encountered during the ordering process, check
the FAQ, in the pages shown during the
ordering process or here. We ask that you check those pages before
contacting us. If you are still unable to find an answer, we welcome
your questions via the contact form.
We will get back to you via email as soon as possible. Please make
sure to mark jamesgilbertmusic.com as a trusted domain so that your spam
filters will not block our email. If you do not hear back from us within
24 - 36 hours, then your spam filters probably deleted our reply.
- If you would like to receive any titles in MusicPad format not
currently available in MusicPad (Freehand systems) format, you may do so by
placing a special order via the contact page.

problems. If you run into a problem with an order, please use the
contact form to send us a message or use the email address provided
during the ordering process to get help. If you are unable to download
your music, you will be offered a refund.

**Please be aware that you do not have to join
PayPal in order to pay with a credit-card, simply click on the link on the
paypal site that says that you do not have a paypal account and you will be
prompted for credit-card information. PayPal is a safe, reliable company that
we and millions of other companies use to process credit card payments. You should
have no concerns about using PayPal to make your payment.
